RIP
FEB 9 2007 - JUNE 23 2009

GRUNT WAS A CAIN X SHELLY SON AND 115LBS AT 2YRS OLD.  I WENT OUT OF TOWN EARLY THAT MORNING TO GET NALA AND LAZARUS (GRUNTS PUPPIES) EARS TRIMMED WHICH IS 2HRS AWAY.  WHEN I GOT HOME IN THE EVENING I DID NOT HEAR THE WELCOME HOME BARK FROM GRUNT I GET EVERY DAY BEFORE I EVEN GET OUT OF THE CAR. I WENT TO THE BACK DOOR AND SAW HIM LAYING DOWN AS IF HE WAS WAITING FOR ME PATIENTLY ON THE BACK PORCH. I THOUGHT HE WAS SLEEPING.  I WENT TO SEE WHY HE DID NOT GET UP TO GREET ME LIKE NORMAL AND DISCOVERED HE HAD PASSED.  THE TEMPERATURES REACHED A 102 THAT DAY IN TEXAS AND I TRIED TO GET BACK HOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE KNOWING HE NEEDED TO BE LET IN.  I GOT THERE TO LATE HE ALREADY HAD A STROKE.  WE ARE DEEPLY HURT AND IN SHOCK THAT HE IS GONE.  I WANT TO PINCH MYSLEF HOPING I WILL WAKE UP FROM A NIGHTMARE.  I MISS HIM SO MUCH WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THE PAIN AND ACHE OF LOOSING HIM.  TO EVERYONE THAT IS BLESSED WITH HIS PUPPIES I TRULY HOPE YOU CHERISH THEM.  GRUNT WAS A SUPER INTELIGENT LOVING DOG AND COMPLETELY DEVOTED TO HIS FAMILY AND A WONDERFUL PROTECTOR.  REST IN PEACH MY SWEET BABY BOY.  WE LOVE YOU.

BAILEY was ADBA & UKC Registered and 100% RCK! Bailey is off of "Big Daddy Cain" and "Pebbles". She had a super temperament and full of energy and drive!!  You couldn't help but love her.  She was a lot of fun and never a dull moment with a load of personality! She was thick, big boned and wide chested with outstanding structure! JUST GORGEOUS!!! We lost Bailey on Memorial day 2008.  She died due to complication delivering her first litter of puppies.  (we bred her to Grunt) The puppies were extremely large and came 4 days too early.  Bailey was unable to nurse her babies and we did our best to hand raise the 4 remaining puppies that survived the birth.  Unfortunately we lost them all including our Bailey.  This experience has devistated our family we will never forget the babies and their precious mother Bailey.  I have never felt so helpless and desperate to do everything in my power to save them!  Our last baby hung on for 11 days of life and we believed she might make it.  We chose the name Miracle for her if she did.  She was beautiful and so sweet and chunky lol.  She passed away on Tuesday unexpectedly.  No explaination other than SIDS.  We lost an entire litter of 8 and their wonderful mother Bailey all in one week and a half.  We are devistated and sickened with the heartache.  I cannot begin to explain the empty feeling we have without Bailey and the loss of the babies.  We appreciatee everyone that prayed for her and the puppies and know they are all at peace in Heaven with their mother.  RIP Bailey and her puppies and especially the little girl that hung in there the longest - Miracle!  We miss you all so much!

Blaze was ADBA & UKC Registered.  She was Dagger and Colby Heinzl bloodlines and weighed 81lbs. and stood 19 inches tall.  She was one of the nicest females I've ever seen! She produced outstanding puppies!  Blaze had a beautiful temperment to match her features.  She was one of the most special pitbulls to have ever lived.  She made a huge impression on everyone she met, we were proud to take her anywhere!  She loved everyone, and certainly did not have one mean bone in her body!  She was as much devoted to our family as we were to her.  We were devistated when we lost her on Dec. 17, 2004.  She was halfway through her second pregnancy and was having difficulty eating.  After many trips to the vet/vets, blood tests, ultrasounds, and X-rays we could not figure out what was wrong.  She was completely wasting away before our very eyes!  Our last resort was emergency surgery to open her stomach to see what was causing the problem, we never thought we would loose her!  Blaze died because she swallowed my sons pacifier and it finally made its way to her intestinal track (withn the last 2 days).  She had significant lacerations to her stomach and 18inches of her intestines.  There was nothing we could do to save her.  She was not just a "dog" but a family member.  You could not put a price on how much she meant to us.  She will always be remembered in our hearts and this page is dedicated to the memory of such a truly magnificent American Pit Bull Terrier.  She was exactly the opposite of what the general public thinks of pitbulls.  We want everyone to know how much she meant to us and what she represented in our breeding program.  All of our dogs here have a place in our family they are not just used for breeding.  May God Bless her and she rest in peace. We miss you!!!
